The Owner

TLC Construction was established in 2001 by John Bowman bringing together his experience in commercial project management, residential construction and renovation. He started as a handyman with the goal of advancing hands-on skills prior to growing the business into a design and build general contracting firm with a wide range of construction, renovation and remodeling projects including kitchens, baths, additions, basement build outs and outdoor living spaces.
